KEY PERSONNEL
Over the years Yunca have had a number of loyal and intelligent individuals head divisions and guide the company to where it is today. Many of those were long term relationships with more than 10 of them spanning over 20 years of employment each with Terry and the team. Our current structure has been designed to best optimise each division to its greatest potential with still ensuring that our end user has the greatest impact on our heating and engineering technologies.
CEO - Yunca Group
CEO Terry Young oversees the complete operation from Yunca Head Office in Invercargill. Having key personnel throughout the company allows Terry to focus on emerging heating markets, directing the R&D teams, co-ordinating new Engineering contracts and all potential opportunities for the company as a whole.
Managing Director
Karyna Young (LLB. B.Com) is the Managing Director. She is a pivotal part of the Heating R&D team and works alongside Terry with all emerging markets. With a legal background, Karyna completes all legal based work for the company including, but not limited to employment, property and contract law.
National Sales Manager
Sam oversees all sales of Yunca heating and is backed up by a strong team. Sam comes to us from an extensive background in sales and marketing and his main focus is on the home heating domestic market. Sam's drive and passion puts him in a great position to strengthen the brand even further.
Operations Manager
Lutz is our Operations Manager. Based at our Head Office in Invercargill, Lutz plays an integral role within the Yunca Group; not only with day to day operations but with our Heating R&D team, our Engineering Technology and Development, and all other joint ventures that we engage in.
Chief Draftsman
Orlie is Yunca Group's Chief Draftsman working with both Heating and Engineering to bring new production and designs into the real world. Orlie relocated from the Philippines over a decade ago to be part of the team at Yunca's Head Office in Invercargill.
Store Manager
Glen has a very strong technical understanding of everything we do at Yunca, co-ordinating every part that leaves the factory at Head Office Glen is also one of the first people to go to should you have a product related question that is a little out of the ordinary.
Procote Industries Factory Manager
Neville oversees operations at Procote Industries in Dunedin. His role is to co-ordinate the enamelling and powdercoating services for Yunca's own Heating Production, and also for other manufacturers and various industries.
Yunca India General Manager
Mahesh is the manager at Yunca India and has been since the inception of this division. Mahesh actively co-ordinates all Yunca India production and related industries.
